You can choose between oils, minerals, soy, apricot and peach seed, grape seed, sunflower, almonds, olives and nuts, depending on your body that fits best. Also, keep blankets and towels on hand to cover body parts that are not being worked. To make better use of massage therapy is important in establishing the right environment for the massage.
